Over-Optimizing Web Pages

Everyone wants to get that coveted top spot in the search engine results pages. Being at the top means you will get TONS more traffic than you would being on the second, third or further pages.
However, we all know that there are limited places on the first page of results. Those that got there worked for their positions and used various Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to reach the first page of results.
Even if you are not #1, as long as you get on the first page you will do alright with traffic because people will not always click the first link. They will scroll down to see what else is there to more closely match what they are searching for.

Time Management - Staying on Schedule

No matter what type of business you have, whether you are doing Internet marketing, or have a brick and mortar store, there are deadlines, meetings and other time critical responsibilities. If you are not on time, your clients will not get their services delivered when you promised them, or your own schedule can be set back.
Since my days are so busy with phone calls, website updates, client requests and Yahoo Messenger conversations, I decided it was time to start scheduling appointment. So I recently started using a scheduling program that is added into Mozilla Thunderbird email, my favorite email program. The scheduler has a reminder that pops up at a set time before an appointment. That is supposed to keep me on time.
